We’ve gathered a few quiet answers for you to help you understand Nusa Penida and what it means to arrive at The Orca Sanctuary.
Your stay includes full villa access, daily breakfast, a welcome spa ritual, one sound healing session, tea ceremony, use of the jacuzzi, and a private dinner on your last evening. Aromatherapy, sleep tools, and curated amenities are prepared before your arrival.
There is no menu to order from. Everything has already been considered.
By fast boat from Bali — most commonly from Sanur Beach or Kusamba. The crossing takes 30–45 minutes depending on sea conditions.
Once your booking is confirmed, we'll send you a complete arrival guide with our recommended boat operators, current schedules, and your personal transfer arrangement from the port. You won't have to figure any of this out alone.
Cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14–29 days receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 13 days of arrival are non-refundable but we're always happy to discuss rescheduling where possible.
If something unexpected comes up, reach out to us directly. We'd rather find a solution together.
Yes. We accept major credit cards, bank transfer, and selected digital payment methods. Full payment details will be provided at the time of booking confirmation.
For international guests, payment in IDR is standard. We're happy to assist with any questions about currency or transfer.
Our team speaks Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Yes, WiFi is available throughout the villa.
That said we'd gently suggest using it less than you think you need to. The things that feel urgent from here rarely are.
The Orca is designed as a private sanctuary for couples. We welcome two adults per stay and are not able to accommodate children or additional guests at this time.
This is not a rule for its own sake it's what makes the experience what it is.
Check-in begins at 2pm. Check-out is at 11am.
If you'd like an early arrival or a later departure, let us know in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate. Your last morning here deserves to be unhurried just like every other one.
